As a policy, 

24 hour advance notice is requested when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. 
 

Arriving Late to your Appointment 
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If possible, I can give you your full 60 minutes but I can’t guarantee that I can.
Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

Not feeling well?

Please do not come to your massage if you are sick or having hay fever.

You will most likely not feel better.
